Our dispatch center is manned by professional dispatchers staying on top of your problem from the time you call, until your truck is up and running.
All of our service vehicles have GPS tracking, allowing our dispatch center to locate and dispatch the closest technician; saving time and money.
Our technicians have direct communication with our dispatchers. When on site, our technician will inform dispatch of the problem and any parts that may be needed. This information is then relayed to you company for approval.
We have skilled, experienced and licensed technicians that can be on site within one hour or less. Our technicians, working with dispatch, are empowered to get you unit up and running in a timely and cost effective manner.

The vans are stocked with most of the parts that may be needed for your tractor/trailer repairs. If we don’t have the part on our truck, our dispatch center will send the technician to the closest networked southeastern Michigan supplier to get the part; saving time and money.
